Read This First — Or Don't Take the Quiz

This is not a personality quiz.
There is no result that makes you look good.

This assessment is built on one premise: shame is a load-bearing failure in a man's operating system. You can out-earn it, out-train it, out-spiritualize it, and out-perform it — for a while. Then pressure arrives that exceeds your compensations, and you break exactly where the shame lives.

The men who break in their 40s didn't break in their 40s. They broke twenty years earlier and spent two decades building a life on top of the crack.

Three Rules
01

Answer as you actually behave, not as you intend to behave.

Your intentions are irrelevant to this instrument. Your last 90 days of actual conduct are the only admissible evidence.

02

If two answers feel true, pick the uglier one.

The flattering answer is almost always the defended one.

03

Do not skip Part Seven.

Men skip the written questions because writing it down makes it real. That instinct — don't make it real — is the exact thing we're auditing.

One distinction before you start, because everything hangs on it:

Guilt

"I did something bad."

Guilt is data. It's correctable. It produces repair.

Shame

"I am something bad."

Shame is a verdict. It's not correctable by effort — which is why you've been trying so hard for so long and the feeling hasn't moved.

This quiz finds where the verdict is running your life — while you thought you were just "being disciplined," "being a provider," or "being fine."
