I'm not a theorist. I'm a field operator — embedded with contractors and founders daily, building AI systems that actually get deployed inside real businesses with real constraints and real stakes.

My background is unusual: nearly two decades in pastoral ministry, a master's in executive coaching from Concordia University under Dr. John Townsend, and the last several years building AI infrastructure and automation for trades businesses and expert operators. I've sat with people at their absolute limit — and helped them build their way through.

I work with a small number of people at any given time. The work is close, direct, and entirely custom. I don't run a volume business. I run a results business.

Everything I create carries a specific sensibility: dark, moody, with hope. The same is true of how I work. I don't offer easy answers. I offer honest orientation — and then I help you build.
