Most men do not fall. They drift. This is a ninety-minute plan to close out the year with order: score yourself, pick one goal, and leave with a 90-day plan broken into weekly targets.
Score each area from 1 (broken) to 10 (dialed in). Go with your gut, not your intentions.
Low-margin jobs. Late-night scrolling. Meetings with no outcome. Chasing every lead. Admin a tool could handle. Saying yes to things you resent.
Work backward. Where do you need to be at the end of each phase?
One result you can check off by Friday. Holiday weeks are flagged — plan them light. Those weeks are for the people you’re doing this for.
| Week | Starts | Target |
|---|
Daily 3-3-1. Three minutes each morning to pick today’s one move and do it before email. Three minutes each night to check it and set tomorrow’s. Plus one non-negotiable — the thing you do when you have nothing left.
Friday 15. Every Friday, fifteen minutes: Did I hit the target? What worked? What’s next week’s target? Which area got neglected?
Text him your goal today and your Friday score every week. Shame’s whole power supply is secrecy. This is how you cut it.
